Yes. You provide site photos, dimensions or a survey, location and climate information, preferences, and inspiration references. We complete meetings, reviews, and staged delivery online. Local measurement, engineering, permits, and construction must be verified by qualified professionals in the project location.

Prepare clear site photos, rough dimensions or available plans, the property location, existing elements to retain, preferred style, required activities, design-fee budget, and any contractor or authority constraints already known.

Turnaround depends on the selected package and how complete the source information is. Current package estimates range from 5-10 business days for reviews or concept direction to 25-35 business days for a full garden package. The confirmed proposal controls the final schedule.

One revision round means one consolidated set of feedback submitted at the agreed review stage. Changes outside the approved brief, a new design direction, or additional areas are quoted separately before work continues.

It means the budget for LANDYUO design services only. Construction, materials, plants, permits, engineering, contractor fees, shipping, taxes, and onsite services are not included unless the proposal states otherwise.

We review the additional area, views, meetings, revisions, or technical coordination and send a written change quote. No additional paid work begins until the updated scope and fee are confirmed.

Files are delivered digitally in the formats listed in your proposal, typically PDF, JPG, and MP4 where applicable. Reviews take place through scheduled online meetings and consolidated written comments.
