LANDYUO provides remote concept design and visualization, not permit-ready construction documents. A local contractor and, where required, licensed professionals must verify boundaries, measurements, levels, drainage, structure, utilities, codes, permits, product availability, plant suitability, and installation details.
Clear responsibility is part of a useful design service. It protects the concept from being mistaken for technical certification and gives your local team a cleaner basis for the next stage.
